Our venture in raising sheep began over 30 years ago, when we went seeking out a 4-H livestock project for our son. At the time our property was such that we could manage smaller livestock over larger animals. We talked a neighbor into selling us a lamb from his farm flock and we were off to the fair. We hadn’t been at the faiIr long when we fast realized that there is a big difference in sheep. With a love of sheep and a determination to instill a strong work ethic into our son and five daughters, we pursued outside sources of breeders that were successful in the show ring to learn all we could about breeding and raising champions. We have assembled a quality ewe base with bloodlines from “Miller Hampshire’s”, Sea Graves, Texas and “Powercat Club Lambs”, Manhattan, Kansas
We will continue to seek out those bloodlines that will deliver muscular development, structural correctness, productiveness, maternal potential, and eye-appeal to meet our goals. We wish all breeders success in their own breeding programs. We take pleasure in visiting with you, so feel free to contact us about our sheep.
